The Let's Talk Science Teacher Leader Program is a professional learning initiative that empowers educators to become leaders in STEM education within their schools and communities. It provides participants with resources, mentorship, and training to support the integration of inquiry-based STEM learning. Teacher Leaders engage in collaborative learning, develop leadership skills, and share best practices with peers. The program encourages innovation in teaching and fosters a network of passionate STEM educators across Canada. Ultimately, it aims to enhance student engagement and achievement in science, technology, engineering, and math.
