Meet FLETCH

The fletch is the feathered part of an arrow. It keeps it stable, on course and headed toward its target. In the case of this project, FLETCH the owl is a new friend with additonal meaning:

• Leadership: Every department leads by shaping the system

• Engagement: Active involvement is key - especially in CRP1 and CRP2

• Teamwork: Success depends on collaboration across all functions

• Clarity: Transparent processes and clear communication

• History-Making: This is the school district's biggest system shift in decades, and the goal is to design it to last
