As a result, we have retained the services of Acentra Health, an independent firm based in Marietta, Georgia, that specializes in Employee Assistance Programs.
This program is free and confidential, with your right to privacy protected within the bounds of the law. Acentra Healthwill not disclose to us who uses the program, so we will not be aware you are using the services unless you choose to inform us.
Acentra Health staff and counselors include psychologists, clinical social workers, marriage and family counselors, alcohol and drug counselors, attorneys, financial advisors and other professionals. EAP counselors are licensed mental health professionals and master's degree or doctorate in their field of expertise. Their services are available 24/7 and you can rest assured that assistance will begin quickly with a highly trained professional. Additional resources are available at the Acentra Health website. Log on using the password “GCS” to see what is available or to confidentially request EAP services from the site. There also is a mobile phone app. It is available for download through the Apple App Store and Google Play by searching for “Acentra Connect”. Services cover short-term counseling and referral services for a wide range of personal problems, as well as a variety of work/life issues. Up to six (6) free counseling sessions per year are available for you and your immediate dependents. EAP professionals will help you identify and clarify your concerns, look at all the options, and develop a plan of action to create solutions that work. Private offices are conveniently located near your work or home. If additional assistance is needed, you will be referred to the most appropriate and affordable resources.

Acentra Health also offers all the resources needed to help facilitate an adoption.
Eldercare specialists:
Provide referrals for all types of eldercare resources
Ensure openings and appropriateness before making the referral
Provide consultation on how to evaluate the quality of facilities or resources used
Attorneys provide:
Legal consultation in all areas except employment law
Simple wills at no cost
A 25% discount off the hourly rate for legal services rendered beyond the EAP
