The FusionForward project is designed to move in phases so work can be validated, refined, and tested before the system becomes the system of record. Each phase has a specific purpose, and not every phase requires action from every employee. Here’s what this means for you now and what to expect next.
The project is currently in CRP2 (Conference Room Pilot 2). During this phase, project teams and functional experts are working through real-world scenarios to validate how processes flow in the new system.
For most staff:
No action is required at this time
Day-to-day work remains unchanged
Feedback is welcome if you are participating in sessions or have insight to share
The questions and discussions happening now are intentional and help ensure issues are addressed early.
As the project progresses, we will move into broader testing phases, including:
End-to-end testing across departments
System Integration Testing (SIT), which validates how the full system works together
User Acceptance Testing (UAT), where end users begin hands-on testing
Formal training will begin during UAT, with additional learning and support continuing through go-live.
As we get closer to go-live, you can expect:
Training opportunities tailored to your role
Time to practice in the system
Clear communication about when your involvement is needed
Support during and after go-live
The goal is to make the transition in November as smooth and predictable as possible.
Most employees will become directly involved during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training. If your participation is needed earlier, you will be contacted directly.
Training begins during UAT and continues through go-live. While learning starts formally in UAT, support and reinforcement will continue as the system goes live.
Some processes will change as we move to the new system. Those changes are being identified and validated now so there are no surprises later. Training and guidance will be provided before go-live.
Feedback is encouraged at all stages of the project. You do not need to wait for a formal meeting or touchpoint — questions and concerns can be shared at any time.
Session schedules and project updates are shared through the FusionForward calendar and website. If you would like to be added to the calendar or have questions about upcoming sessions, please reach out.
If you have questions, feedback, or would like to be involved in upcoming sessions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
