Week 16

Today was another full day of making plates. However, today we made two trials to maximize our data for B. Coagulans. We did our entire process normally but stroked and applied our dilutions onto ten plates instead of five.

Today was a very busy day. We boiled the dirty beakers from Monday and simultaneously made another double trial. Both sterilization and trial creation did not differ from the past, however we did do some recording for our upcoming video.

Today was unfortunately our final day in the lab. We did not create any trials due to the lack of time but we finished recording for our video and did some preliminary pick-up.
