Week 12

Today we took advantage of the clean beakers from last Friday.  We made new dilutions and streaked the plate with L. Acidophilus, we then dipped the plates in the different dilutions and put the plates in the incubator to grow.

Today was another plate-making day. For today's bacteria, we used E. Coli and made the dilutions using Tabasco. Once all of the plates were streaked we put the dilution-soaked discs on and inserted them into the incubator.

Today Jackson was gone so it was just an analysis and sterilization day. Again all of the plates showed zero ZOI. After the analyzation process, we washed the beakers and sterilized them.

Today we entered the data from Wednesday. After the spreadsheet was made up-to-date we wrote the blog for this week. Then we participated in another classmate's trial.
