Week 13

Today we began the process of making another batch. We cleaned all of the beakers with soap and water. After this, we boiled water in each of them in order to sterilize.

Today was a more productive day. We took advantage of the clean beakers from yesterday and made the dilutions and plates. Once all of the plates were in the incubator we went through the sterilization process for the beakers.

Once again today was a productive day. We basically did the exact same thing as we did yesterday. We made the dilutions and then made the plates. After this was done we sterilized the beakers for tomorrow.

Today was a half day so we didn't get as much done as we usually do. Today we only made the dilutions and plates and did not sterilize the beakers.

Today we sterilized the beakers from yesterday. We also wrote the blog for the week and recorded all of yesterday's data into the spreadsheet.
