The purpose of your education portfolio is to capture moments of professional growth generated from your program.

The purpose of this course is to help you author a moment of professional growth into your portfolio.

The purpose of this task in the course is to help you name your artifact page and link it to the standards that you identified in the previous step.

Portfolio Site Task

To align the reasons why you identified your moment of professional growth as an educator with the standards associated with your field, execute the following steps:

  1. Open your Chrome Web Browser.

  2. Log in to Google Drive using your @go.olemiss.edu email address.

  3. Open your Education Portfolio.

  4. Locate the the artifact page you worked with in the previous task.

  5. Create a title for the page that is memorable, descriptive, but avoids jargon.

  6. Replace the "Artifact" title at the top of the page with your created title. Also replace the title for the page under the "Pages" menu on the right side of the screen by double clicking on the "Artifact" title that is highlighted in blue (see the video for more direction).

  7. Open your Education Portfolio in another tab in your Chrome web browser and navigate to the "Standards" page.

  8. Type the title of your artifact page under one of the standards that you identified as aligned with your moment of professional growth.

  9. Make the text you just typed a link to the artifact page you have been working on for this course.

  10. Copy the linked text.

  11. Paste the linked text under every standard you have identified as aligned with your moment of professional growth.
