Goldilocks and the Three Bears

Part 1

In the forest lives a father bear, a mother bear, and a baby bear. Father bear likes to eat. Mother bear likes to travel. Baby bear likes to play. One day, mother bear says, “Let’s go on a picnic.” Father bear says, “Great! I love to eat!” Baby bear says “I love to run outside!” Mother bear gets a basket and a blanket. Father bear gets food and drink. Baby bear gets his toys. The family leaves the house and goes on their picnic. A yellow-haired girl knocks on their door. “Hmm, no one is home. I can go in” says the yellow-haired girl. The girl’s name is Goldilocks.

Goldilocks walks around the house of the three bears. “Wow, this house is really big,” Goldilocks thinks. Goldilocks starts to run around the bears’ house. She is having too much fun. Goldilocks steps baby bear’s toys. “Ouch!” Goldilocks yells. She kicks baby bear’s toys and breaks a toy car. “I am bored and hungry,” says Goldilocks. Goldilocks smells food coming from the kitchen. “What is that yummy smell?” Goldilocks thinks. She walks into the kitchen. She sees three bowls of porridge. One bowl is big. One bowl is medium. One bowl is small.

She eats some porridge from the big bowl. “Yuck! This porridge is too salty!” says Goldilocks. She eats some porridge from the medium bowl. “Yuck! This porridge is too sweet!” says Goldilocks. She eats some porridge from the small bowl. “Yummy! This porridge is not too sweet or too salty” says Goldilocks.

Part 2

One day, mother bear says, “Let’s go on a picnic.” Father bear says, “Great! I love to eat!” Baby bear says “I love to run outside!” Mother bear gets a basket and a blanket. Father bear gets food and drink. Baby bear gets his toys. The family leaves the house and goes on their picnic. A yellow-haired girl knocks on their door. “Hmm, no one is home. I can go in” says the yellow-haired girl. The girl’s name is Goldilocks.

Goldilocks eats all baby bear’s porridge. “Wow, that porridge is very yummy,” Goldilocks thinks. Goldilocks drops the spoon and bowl on the floor. “This is not my house. I do not have to clean up!” thinks Goldilocks. She walks into the living room. She sees three chairs. One chair is big. One chair is medium. One chair is small.

She sits on the big chair. “Ouch! This big chair is too hard!” says Goldilocks. She sits on the medium chair. “Ouch! This medium chair is too soft!” says Goldilocks. She sits on the small chair. “Aah! This small chair is not too hard or too soft” says Goldilocks. She continues to sit on the small chair. Goldilocks is too big for the small chair. The small chair breaks and Goldilocks falls on the floor.

Goldilocks eats all baby bear’s porridge and breaks baby bear’s chair. “This is not my house. I do not have to clean up!” thinks Goldilocks. “I am sleepy now. I want to sleep” says Goldilocks. She walks into the bedroom. She sees three beds. One bed is big. One bed is medium. One bed is small.

She lies down on the big bed. “Ouch! This big bed is too hard!” says Goldilocks. She lies down on the medium bed. “Ouch! This medium bed is too soft!” says Goldilocks. She lies down on the small bed. “Aah! This small bed is not too hard or too soft” says Goldilocks. She continues to sleep on the small bed. Goldilocks is too big for the small bed. The small bed breaks and Goldilocks falls on the floor.

Part 4

In the forest lives a father bear, a mother bear, and a baby bear. Father bear likes to eat. Mother bear likes to travel. Baby bear likes to play. One day, mother bear says, “Let’s go on a picnic.” Father bear says, “Great! I love to eat!” Baby bear says “I love to run outside!” Mother bear gets a basket and a blanket. Father bear gets food and drink. Baby bear gets his toys. The family leaves the house and goes on their picnic. A yellow-haired girl knocks on their door. “Hmm, no one is home. I can go in” says the yellow-haired girl. The girl’s name is Goldilocks.

After a long time, the three bears come home. “Today is a beautiful day!” says mother bear. “The picnic food is tasty” says father bear. “Today is a fun day!” says baby bear. The three bears enter the house. The three bears see many broken things. “My kitchen is messy!” says mother bear. “Someone ate my food! Someone broke my chair! Someone broke my toy car!” says baby bear. Baby bear starts to cry. Father bear goes to the bedroom. “I am sorry baby bear. Someone broke your bed too” says father bear. Baby bear continues crying. “It is okay. I can fix your chair, toy and bed” says father bear. “I can make you more food” says mother bear. “Thank you. I can find the person” says baby bear.

Baby bear finds the yellow-haired girl hiding in the bathroom. “Here is the person! It is a girl!” yells baby bear. Goldilocks runs out of the house. Goldilocks runs too fast and breaks her leg.
