A:Hello,everyone! This is the PSE studio classroom. Welcome to listen to our English broadcast.
We will talk about something we are interested in and share some interesting topic. We hope you will like it.
B:是的!各位老師和同學們!今天是我們第一次和大家在空中相會，未來會在節目中和大家介紹一些有 趣的主題，希望你們會喜歡!也請多多給我們支持和鼓勵喔!節目開始囉!
A:Do you know an important holiday is coming soon?
B:Yeah. It’s Moon Festival...
A: That’s right. Moon Festival is celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th month of the lunar calendar. This year, it falls on September 21.
（中秋節呢~是在農曆的八月十五日，今年，正好落在國曆的九月二十一日。）
B: It’s one of the most important Chinese festivals. The other two are Chinese New Year and Dragon Boat Festival.
（它是最重要的華人節慶之一。其它兩個則是華人的新年和端午節。）
A: On this holiday, people in Taiwan usually get together with their families and friends to have barbecues, eat yummy moon cakes and pomelos.
（在這個節日，台灣人通常會跟親朋好友聚在一起烤肉、吃好吃的月餅和柚子。）
B:說到Moon Festival，很多人都會 have a barbecue~
A:那今天我們就介紹一些有關barbecue 會遇到的單字喔!
B:First one is 烤肉架，烤肉架in English is grill,(g~r~i~l~l…… grill) So you can barbecue on a grill.
A:其他會用到的東西像是木炭(charcoal),鋁箔紙(foil),刷子(brush)….等等
B:接著，我來介紹食材!主角當然就是肉類囉!像是pork(豬肉)，steak(牛排)，chicken wings(雞翅)， 還有還有我最喜歡的sausage(香腸)
A:Oh! !I’m so hungry! I could eat a horse!講那麼多!是烤好了沒啦! Is it done yet?
B:Ha! Ha! Ha! 好了!好了!Come and get it!來拿吧!
