DP Updates

Dear Parents,

Greetings!

Here are a few updates regarding the programme at the school.

Year 12: 

Year 12 students have submitted their extended essay (EE) draft and will receive the feedback in the first week of October 2023. ACCORDING TO THE SUBJECT GUIDES, the IB will run the full-scale assessments in May 2024. 

The IB has released the TOK-prescribed essay titles for the May 2024 exam session, and students have selected their titles and started unpacking them. 

Year 12 students will complete all seven learning outcomes ( LOs) of CAS by the end of semester 1. The students are advised to approach Ibu Widy if they have any questions regarding CAS completion. 

These are upcoming assessments for Year 12.

Year 11: 

Year 11 students have completed three learning outcomes (LOs) of CAS through WWW and developed bonding amongst the cohort. The subject/level change process will be complete by October 6th, and we have helped the students to go to the proper subjects and levels due to learning requirements and tertiary academic plan.  

The extended essay (EE) will be introduced to the students by curriculum leaders (CLs) in the second term and selection of the topics and supervisors will be completed in term 3 of this academic year.
