The past weeks in our Primary school have been full of activity and hard work from both students and teachers. We would like to take time to celebrate the many deserving accomplishments of students. Their resilience and passion for learning never fail to surprise me.
Our Year 6 students completed their PYP exhibition, representing the culmination of their inquiry-based learning in the Primary Years. Our students showed tremendous skill in exploring real-world issues, diving into research, and presenting thoughtful recommendations. But the true beauty of the PYP Exhibition lies not only in what students have learned but in how they have grown as individuals. They've become more resilient, better at working together, and more understanding of others. They have learned to navigate challenges with grace and to celebrate successes with humility. Please join me in congratulating all our Year 6 students and teachers for their accomplishments.
As our PYP students complete this capstone, our youngest learners in Reception are also preparing for their mini Friendship Day exhibition. They are excited to showcase their learning journey with families and other schools around the area. Watching them prepare for this, we could see their creativity and teamwork skills shine through. We cannot wait to experience the final exhibition and continue to learn from them.
We look forward to seeing you all during the Mid Semester Conference, where all students have the opportunity to share their growth and reflect on their learning and challenges. This is an impactful moment for students to self-reflect and for parents to celebrate milestones.
Finally, as we approach the term break and the onset of Ramadan, I wish you a peaceful Ramadan Kareem and time spent with loved ones.
We hope you had a safe and enjoyable Term break, spending time with family and friends.
Kind regards,
