Two weeks ago, our dedicated teachers spent their weekend leading community workshops for local teachers from schools across Tangerang. Instead of taking a well-deserved rest, they chose to give their time, energy, and expertise to support fellow teachers in developing their knowledge and teaching practices. Almost 200 teachers around Tangerang Selatan participated in this workshop, demonstrating their eagerness to grow professionally and their appreciation for the spirit of collaboration fostered by Global Jaya School. This act of giving back reflects not only their professional commitment but also their deep sense of responsibility to strengthen the wider educational community.
The enthusiasm our teachers brought to the workshops was truly inspiring. They eagerly shared strategies, skills, and classroom experiences with humility, creating a collaborative atmosphere where everyone could learn together. We believe that education thrives when we work hand in hand. We are proud of our teachers’ example and grateful that their spirit of service extends beyond our own school. This event has surely helped build stronger connections among fellow teachers, which we believe will lead to better education for students across Tangerang Selatan.
Please allow me to thank all teachers, students, and staff who worked so hard to ensure the success of the event, and most importantly, for representing the values of Global Jaya School so well. You are all amazing!
Below is some feedback from participants:

Thank you for providing a space for us to learn together. May you continue to be successful and progress.
"Thank you for the opportunity to participate in this workshop. It was a short workshop, but I learned a lot, and the presentation was easy to understand. I hope there will be follow-up activities to today's workshop, so that we can explore more and keep us as teachers as learner to provide the best for the world of education."
