With our lives being so hectic it can sometimes be difficult to fit exercise in. Here are some quick activities, for a range of abilities, which you can do on your breaks whilst on campus, work or at home.

Walking is a great way to be physically active and is sometimes overlooked as a form of exercise, walking briskly can help you build stamina, burn excess calories and make your heart healthier. Great News! You don't have to walk for hours. A brisk 10-minute daily walk has lots of health benefits, can easily be fitted in during your break, enables you to explore your local surroundings and counts towards your recommended activity.
