Just a small break can help refresh mental focus, improve circulation, and relieve tight and uncomfortable muscles that can build up from bad posture. Here are some quick activities, for a range of abilities, which you can do on your breaks whilst on campus, work or at home.
Exercise will remind you to love yourself, and motivate you to power through even the toughest of homework and study sessions. Empower yourself with these varied activity and home workout videos.
Adjust this routine as needed to fit your needs. If you have 10 minutes, run through a home workout video or join in with the live 30 minute sessions. You’ll find the more times you’re able to go through the routine, the bigger the calorie burn, and the more refreshed and stretched your body will feel.

Walking is a great way to do some gentle activity in a break and to get some fresh air. You can time your walk in your allocated break to make sure it fits in. Why not use it as an opportunity to work towards your GLLM Walking Challenge.
