Woods I

This is a semester-long intermediate course that will introduce students to basic woodworking skills. Topics of instruction include woodworking and shop safety, measuring, machine operation (saw, drill, router, sander), fastening, and staining. Students will be required to pass all safety tests before operating any equipment.  (Time-Dependent) There will be one-two projects completed in this course with the final project being free choice.
