Plant Science

This is a semester-long introductory course that will introduce students to concepts in the plant science industry. Students will be exposed to a wide range of plant, landscape, and greenhouse operation and management practices. This will help prepare students to produce commercial plant species in a natural environment, as well as how to manage them properly. Students will be able to understand the physiology of plants and how to identify them.
