Small Animal Care

This is a semester-long intermediate course that will introduce students to small animals and companion pets. The class will focus around the species of dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, reptiles, birds and others. Students will gain basic knowledge of these animals including anatomy, reproduction, nutrition, and caring for small animals. Students will be required to share a small animal with the class.
