An Endless War: The History of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in Veterans

Abstract: This project aims to create a museum exhibit that educates the public on the history of PTSD from ancient text until today. The exhibit will also include a section about non-profits that help veterans with PTSD and other issues, such as Pups4Patriots, Wounded Warrior Project, and Hounds & Heroes.

Savannah's Pride: LGBTQ Legacy and Lore

Abstract: This tour package includes the written script for Savannah walking tour "Savannah's Pride: LGBTQ Legacy and Lore," a map of the route, and a suggested reading list. The tour explores historical and contemporary LGBTQ topics.

Confronting 100 Years of African-American Stereotypes, 1850-1950

Abstract: This exhibit seeks to confront the negative depictions of African-Americans and the stereotypes associated with them in American culture. The sections will include representations in minstrelsy, music, film, animation, and within the home. In addition, it will describe how Civil rights organizations like the NAACP fought against these portrayals.
