Car drop-off arrival:
Enter the parking lot while traveling west on March Lane.
Pull up to the drop-off area using the lane closest to the building. Drive as far down the driveway as possible. Please do not stop at the front doors.
Pay close attention to the adults in the crosswalk to ensure safety for everyone crossing to enter the building.
NEVER use the alley for dropping off students for any reason. The cones that are placed for safety should not be removed.
Pull through the main lane at the front of the school only and exit west on March Lane.
If you park and walk your child up to the school, make sure that you park in a designated visitor parking space near the building or on the street.
Procedures are in place to ensure our students are dismissed promptly and safely. The safety of our students is our priority. Please be flexible and patient, especially during the first weeks of school, as we implement the systems. When picking up a student, a car tag is REQUIRED. We will not be using any type of app for dismissal.
Each parent will receive three card tags per student.
Replacement card tags will cost $1 each.
There are 4 different ways a student can be dismissed: Accompanied walkers, School Bus/Day Care Transportation, Car Rider, or Independent walkers
Please note that during the first days of school, there may be some delays and all times are approximate. Expect delays!
This is an important message for families of students who use bus transportation: First day of school is almost here! Our drivers have been working hard to rehearse their routes and make sure August 12 is the beginning of a great week. With that in mind, we ask for your patience during the first week of school as some buses may experience delays due to construction and traffic congestion in our tri-cities.
Back-to-school route information, including bus number, stop time, and stop location will be available beginning August 1 to parents of all eligible regular and special education students. You must be eligible for transportation.
Route Information will be located on two platforms:
1. StopFinder Parent App – Provides bus tracking, as well as bus assignment details. If you have previously activated Stopfinder there is no need to do so again. If you did not activate your StopFinder access last year, look for an email from noreply@stopfinder.com the first week of August to set up your password and access the StopFinder Parent App. StopFinder information updates frequently as route times or locations change. StopFinder will contain up-to-the-minute information.
2. Skyward Family Access – After logging into Skyward Family Access, click “Online Forms” to find the transportation Information. (Bus tracking is NOT available in Skyward Family Access.)
