A word from your Proud Principal, Mrs. Garcia:
As we approach the final week of the semester, I want to take a moment to thank you for the support and partnership you’ve shown throughout this school year. This time of year can feel busy and stressful for everyone—students, families, and teachers alike—but it’s also an opportunity to reflect on the amazing progress and growth we’ve seen in our students.
We’re so fortunate to do the work we do as educators, and your children are at the heart of that. Watching them learn, grow, and overcome challenges is a privilege that inspires us daily.
As we wrap up the semester, please remind your child how proud we are of their efforts and encourage them to finish strong. Together, we’re building a foundation for their future success, and we couldn’t do it without your ongoing support.
Thank you for being such an important part of our school community.
Let’s finish this semester on a high note!

Winter Parties
Friday, December 20 1:45-2:45pm
It is time to celebrate a semester of learning with our students and staff! We will be hosting Winter Parties on Friday , December 20 from 1:45 pm- 2:45pm. All parties will be at the same time. If you have multiple children, feel free to attend the different parties within that time.
If you would like to attend:
We ask that only 2 guests per student attend. Space in the classroom is VERY VERY limited. Please no more than 2 guests per student.
All guests will check in through the cafeteria and will wait in the cafeteria until classroom doors open at 1:45PM.
All guests need to exit the building and be off campus at 2:45pm in order to prepare for dismissal. All guests will be asked to leave using the nearest exit.
The playground is not open at 2:45pm for public use. Please do not stay to play. We need the playground area to be cleared for dismissal.
Please be mindful that there are over 570 students at Beaver. In order to accommodate an event that is enjoyable and safe for all, it requires that we work together. Our space on campus is very limited and we still have to have a safe dismissal after the parties.
Let's work together to make it a fun and enjoyable event for everyone!

We have been talking with our students about INTEGRITY... doing the right thing because it's the right thing to do... even when no one is looking!
Be sure to talk with your students about what having integrity means. Here are some ways to help them understand:
Model integrity - Show your child how to be honest in your interactions and how to keep promises
Discuss values - talk about why being honest and trustworthy are important characteristics to have
Role playing - give your child scenarios and ask them what the right thing to do is in that scenario
Teach accountability - teach your child that everyone makes mistakes and we can show integrity by making things right and apologizing
If you were not able to attend our Middle School Information Night, don't worry!
Folders with student testing information and the choice of school process will be sent home with each student on Monday.
Here are the slides that we went over, in case you were not in attendance:
