End of Year Grade Level Celebrations
We can't wait to celebrate with you!
As we approach the end of the school year, we are excited to celebrate our students' achievements with the end-of-year grade-level events. However, due to limited space inside our facilities, we kindly ask for your cooperation in ensuring these celebrations are enjoyable for everyone.
Event Guests:
We ask that each family be mindful of how many guests they bring per student. This will help us accommodate all families comfortably and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. These events are held indoors and space is very limited. We would prefer that you limit your guests to 2 per student.
Arrival and Seating:
Please arrive on time and follow the seating arrangements as directed by our staff. This will help us manage the space effectively and ensure that everyone has a good view of the celebrations.
Photography and Videography:
While we understand the desire to capture these special moments, please be considerate of others. Avoid standing in aisles or obstructing the view of other guests. Please be mindful of others.
Respect and Courtesy:
We ask that all attendees show respect for the students, staff, and other guests. Please ensure that mobile phones are silenced. If you bring balloons and/or gifts, please make sure they are not obstructing the view of others.
Children Supervision:
If you are bringing young children, please ensure they are supervised at all times.
Safety:
Please make sure to check in and have a visible visitors badge on at all times.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to celebrating with you and making this a memorable event for our students!
If you plan to volunteer for any upcoming events, make sure you have completed your background check!
A message from your Assistant Principal
Check out these updates:
⭐ We are finally done with STAAR testing! As we finish out the testing season, please help encourage your student to show what they know on the rest of their end of year assessments.
⭐ As we start to wrap up the school year, we want to continue to emphasize the importance of regular school attendance. Consistent school attendance is essential for your child's academic success and overall development. When students attend school daily, they build strong learning habits, stay on track with their lessons, and develop important social and emotional skills. Missing even a few days can lead to gaps in learning, making it harder for students to keep up with their peers. By encouraging and supporting daily attendance, you help set your child up for a successful future. Together, we can ensure they reach their full potential.
⭐ Additionally, we kindly ask for your continued support in following the protocols we have in place for arrival and dismissal. These measures are designed to keep all students and staff safe and create an environment where learning can thrive. If your student is an accompanied walker, please do not drive in the bus lane or block the exit to the bus lane. Also, please have your tag with your student's name visible so that everyone at that assigned duty will be able to assist you.
Thank you for your partnership in ensuring your child’s success. If you have any questions or need further information, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
