Holiday Activities Programme Registration
Registration Timeline
Registration & Allocation Process (UWCSEA East Students)
From xxx to xxx, the portal will be open for registration.
Using your parent login, please click here to register.
(Middle & High School Students can log in through their student ID but payment has to be made through the parent portal.)You are only able to sign up for activities at your home campus.
Go to the Holiday Activities Sign Up menu option.
You select based on the grade your child is in for the current 2023/24 academic year.
You can select up to 5 options for the week. These are in preference order, with lower preference going down the list. We encourage you to select alternative preferences in order to have the best chance of being allocated. Places are not allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
You are asked to select if you want to be allocated only morning, afternoon, full day, or either morning or afternoon.
You will receive an email confirmation of your submissions.
You can edit the preferences any time up to the close of the sign-up process.
You are able to participate in a morning and afternoon camp as long as the times do not clash.
Students who are attending both morning and afternoon camps, should bring their own packed lunch. There will be a lunch zone area marked out in the canteen for students to have their lunch. There will not be any supervision during these lunchtimes.
Places will be allocated only once registration closes. You will receive an email confirmation once allocation is confirmed.
You will then receive instructions for the online payment. You will have the option to withdraw from an allocated activity at the payment stage.
Payment should be received by xxx otherwise your place will be automatically withdrawn.
Registration & Allocation Process (UWCSEA Dover Students & General Public)
THINGS TO NOTE:
There would be priority given to UWCSEA East students.
Other than that, allocations will be on a first come first serve basis and slots will only be confirmed after payment is made.
Activities that are not shown as options in this form mean they are already at full capacity.
There would be an additional 10% surcharge on all published camp prices for non-UWCSEA students.
