High School (Grades 9 - 12) Dragons Sports School Team

In Grades 9–12, pre-season sessions are held on Tuesday or Thursday  from 6–7.30pm (i.e., after the Junior and Middle School teams have ended their sessions) or in the morning from 6.15–7.30am.

In-season teams train on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The 19U team season culminates in an international SEASAC tournament against some of the best teams in the region.

High School students are encouraged to give back by sharing their knowledge and developing leadership skills through involvement in the Junior and Middle School sports programmes as mentors and coaches, which also fulfils part of their service commitment.
