Important Points
Each workout can be completed up to three times per week.
Give yourself at least 24 hours rest before completing the workout again.
On your rest days you can complete some slight stretches or conditioning work.
You can progress week by week from working through the green, amber and red options on each level.
You can also progress by changing level and completely more advanced exercises.
