Participants will learn a variety of rescue techniques and personal survival skills to prepare for challenging and high-risk rescues. They will be trained to respond to resuscitation and emergency care situations involving both conscious and unconscious casualties. The program also focuses on enhancing stroke efficiency and endurance.Â

Participants' judgment will be tested through practical scenarios, ensuring they can apply their knowledge and skills effectively. Those who demonstrate competence can also train for Life Saving Sports and participate in Life Saving Competitions.
