This survey is to help us identify which professions to bring in for the Career Fair in April.
Instructions for students:
Please legibly print your name and connections teacher at the top of the back page and answer the question about DMACC classes.
Read each statement and fill in the circles for the ones that apply to you. Please select at least 12.
Add up the number of circles you selected in each column. And then add the two columns together to find your total number of B’s, E’s, A’s, N’s and S’s.
Using the totals, take the 3 letters with the highest totals to create your interest code.
Using your interest codes, look at the back side of the page to determine which careers you are interested in.
List your top five interests at the bottom of the page. If you don’t write in any careers, we will choose for you. Also, please do not write careers that are impossible to locate (rapper, sniper, assassin, You Tube channel host, etc.).
Staff: Please return completed surveys to Mrs. Lutterman or Mrs. Walton or the iJAG office. Please keep any unfinished surveys/absent student surveys to complete later on. If you need extra copies, please let us know at ext. 8374 and we will bring them to you.
