During school closures due to COVID-19, the Moreno Valley Unified School District's Student Services department is committed to supporting our families with Social and Emotional as well as Behavioral Supports at home. We understand that these times can cause stress and anxiety for our students and their families and we want to continue to provide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) during this period of distance learning. You can help your child make positive choices by creating expectations at home. These expectations will help you set the tone for a positive learning experience in the home. As we face this pandemic, it is important to remember that our students may begin to feel anxiety. To help your student deal with this anxiety, it is important to have age-appropriate conversations with them. For resources and information on how to hold those conversations, click here.
