Change of Address
Students moving from one school attendance boundary to another attendance boundary within the district, must complete a Change of Address packet at Registration:
Current** proof of residency must be submitted to Registration with the Change of Address Packet. (** within 60 days of registration)
Parents of students may request to remain at the current school of attendance when changing their address.
Requests to remain at the current school of attendance will be considered for completion of the current school year only.
Students of parents requesting to remain at the current school of attendance must have a satisfactory or better record of citizenship, scholarship, and attendance.
Students approved to remain for the balance of the current school year must reapply for continued enrollment for the up and coming new school year.
Application will be accepted for continued enrollment for the new school year during the Open Enrollment Period for Transfers. Please view the Transfer tab for further information and forms.
