Hello Boys and Girls and Parents,

For the next 2 weeks we are focusing on Yellow Ribbon Week a time where we talked about all kinds of ways to practice mindfulness strategies to help keep focus, calmness and peace inside of us. The 4 mindfulness strategies I'm teaching are Mindfulness being in the moment with focus, deep breathing, tapping and lastly yoga exercise stretch moves.
