Week 4- Self Care and Coronavirus

During this time, especially when we are starting school again it is important to remember to take some steps to keep yourself healthy and safe. There are some very simple steps that you and your family can take to protect your health.

These steps include:

1) Washing your hand for 20 seconds with soap and warm water often

2) Wear your mask to cover your mouth and nose

3)Don't touch other people: but you can wave or smile at them

3)Be careful around older people like your grandparents

4)Tell your mom and dad if you feel sick
