Professional Development Guidelines
In-District PD (Hays CISD):

Outside PD:
If a staff member attends external PD and wants it recorded in their portfolio, they must also enter it in Eduphoria Strive.
(See slide 3 of the PD Catalog under “General Information” for details)
Eligible PD Window:
Only PD completed between May 27, 2025 and May 8, 2026 will be accepted for Exchange Day credit. PD must be completed and time stamped outside of contract time, before or after the employee’s scheduled workday.

Each staff member required to fulfill the Exchange Day must submit one Exchange Day Form via Eduphoria Formspace after completing the required hours.
Forms are now available. Please wait until your PD is complete before submitting your documentation.
