Why?
Promote Self-awareness: Student reflection encourages students to analyze their learning experiences, identify strengths and weaknesses, and gain a deeper understanding of their own learning styles and preferences.
Encourages Motivation and Ownership of their Education: When students set their own learning goals, they take ownership of their education. Goal setting provides a clear sense of direction and purpose, which can help students stay on track and persevere through challenges. Additionally, regularly reflecting on their progress allows students to adjust their goals as needed, fostering adaptability and resilience in the face of obstacles.
