Launchpad settings

You can decide what you want to see by going into your Launch Pad, like this:

From their, you can adjust multiple settings, including which login page should be your launch page, which tab in the Launch Pad should be the tab you see when you open it, whether you're available on Live Chat, and multiple other settings.
