How much does it cost?
Standard price is $99/user.
How good is the sound quality?
In our own and clients' experiences, call quality is usually good on both ends, however it does happen from time to time that the sound is not good on the other side.
If you want to test it out, ask us to call you with it by submitting this form and one of us will give you a call so you can hear. (Also, we always love talking with you anyway! :) )
Are there any quirks I should be aware of?
Country code needs to be in the phone number. If it's not, you can quickly edit the contact record and reload the page, then call.
Which number shows for the recipient?
Each user adds their own number, and that's what's shown for the caller.
(Note: The format is with the country code, but without plus or zero in front of it. For example, if your number is +46 73 ..., then you should simply add 4673..)
Device to use it on?
Computer (it doesn't work on the app).
Can I use dial pad with sales dialer?
Yes, you can. You will find it in the top left corner as show in this screenshot.
