Email reports

The Email Reports tool provides a detailed, in-depth overview of who receives, opens, clicks, or reports your sent emails. This tool is essential in understanding the reach and impact of your sent emails, so you can go back and see what is effective.

Building an Email Report

  1. Click Marketing > Reports > Email Reports in FunnelBud's top toolbar.

  2. Click Select a Report.

  3. Select Email Report in the drop-down menu that appears.

  4. Click Select Email(s).

  5. Click the checkboxes next to the desired email(s) that you want in the report in the drop-down menu that appears.

  6. Optionally, add filters.

    • Filter by send date allows you to select a date-range and will show data for the selected email(s) sent within those dates.

    • Filter by list will show data for the selected email(s) sent to the list(s).

    • Filter by list tag will show data for the selected email(s) sent to a group of lists with the tag.

  7. Click Build Report.

Once an email report has been built, you can still edit the filters and rebuild the report.

Building an Email Report for Emails in an Action Group

If you want to see the stats for the emails that were sent through automation (ex: nurturing sequences), please follow the steps below:

  • Click Marketing > Reports > Email Reports in FunnelBud's top toolbar.

  • Click Select a Report.

  • Select Emails in an action group in the drop-down menu that appears.

  • Click Select an Action Group. The box will populate with only action groups that have been created. You cannot enter into the box action groups that do not exist.

  • Enter the desired action group in the search box of the drop-down menu that appears.

  • Optionally, add filters.

  • Click Build Report.

Building an Email Report for an Email Job

  • On the left-hand menu, click the Analytics icon

  • Under Marketing Reports, click Email Jobs

  • Click the email job that you want to check out and the email report will be generated automatically

Understanding Email Reports Metrics

  • Delivered Emails - this section lists all emails that were delivered to contacts. This does not include contacts that were suppressed.

  • Unique Opens - this is the number of emails that were opened by unique contacts.

  • Unique Clicks - this is the number of emails that were clicked through by unique contacts.

  • Total Clicks - this is the number of emails that were clicked through by contacts. Certain contacts may have clicked through an email multiple times.

  • Unsubscribes - this is the number of emails that were unsubscribed from.

  • Spam Complaints - this is the number of emails that were reported as spam mails.

  • Hard Bounces - this is the number of emails that were rejected by the recipient ISP and are marked as permanently undeliverable.

  • Soft Bounces - this is the number of emails that were rejected by the recipient ISP and are marked as temporarily undeliverable.

  • Messages Sent - this is the total number of messages sent to contacts and does not include suppressions.

Delivery Tab

The Delivery tab breaks down delivery rates and statistics, and shows you a list of contacts under each metric.

For example, to see all the contacts who opened the email, click Opens. To see all the contacts who did not receive the email (bounced and suppressed), click Bounces/Suppressions.

To export the list of contacts as a CVS field, click the Export button on the top right corner of the delivery tab.

Chatbot reports

The Chatbot report provides you with a detailed report on the results of your chatbot interactions, per individual user and by entire websites.

The Chatbot report gives insight on how your chatbots are interacting with site visitors, whether contacts are being created, and how effective the chatbots are in generating revenue within a given timeframe.

Understanding Chatbot Reports Metrics

  • Conversation Breakdown by Bot - shows the number of conversations with your chatbot workflows.

  • Total Chats with Anonymous Leads - the total number of chatbot chats with anonymous leads during a specified period of time, as well as how much that number has increased or decreased.

  • Total Chats with Contacts - the total number of chatbot chats with contacts during a specified period of time, as well as how much that number has increased or decreased.

  • Total Contacts Created - the total number of contacts created as a result of chatbot chats during a specified period of time, as well as how much that number has increased or decreased.

  • Total Conversions - the total number of converted leads as a result of chatbot chats during a specified period of time, as well as how much that number has increased or decreased.

  • Total Form Fills Influenced by Bot - the total number of form fills as a result of chatbot chats during a specified period of time, as well as how much that number has increased or decreased.

  • Total Revenue Influenced by Bot - the total revenue generated as a result of chatbot chats during a specified period of time, as well as how much that number has increased or decreased.

  • Bot Action Breakdown - shows the rates for which actions were chosen in your chatbot workflows.

  • Contacts Created Per Bot - shows the number of contacts created by interacting with your chatbots.

  • Opportunities Created from New Leads Generated by Bot - shows which of your chatbots are generating the most opportunities as a result of new leads.

  • Total Chats Per Page - shows the total number of chatbot interactions on each page where the chatbot is active.

  • Total Chats Per Page with Known Leads - shows the total number of chatbot interactions with known leads on each page where the chatbot is active.

  • Total Conversations Over Time Per Bot - shows the total number of chatbot interactions for each chatbot during a specified period of time.
