For this one- year, full-time maternity cover position which is available from March 2026, we are looking to appoint an MFL Lead Teacher with experience of teaching at KS3, 4 and 5 and who:

• Sets a clear vision and goals for language learning.

• Inspires and motivates both staff and students.

• Uses student data effectively to monitor progress and plan interventions.

• Understands entry requirements and exam structures for MFL and community languages.

• Supports teacher development and provides useful training.

• Encourages collaboration and teamwork within the department.

Fulham Cross Academy is a recently established STEM school situated in the heart of Fulham. We are quickly becoming the co-educational school of choice for our local area and have significantly grown in popularity over the past four years.  As a result of this, we are developing our Humanities team and have an opportunity for a Religious Studies Lead Teacher to join our growing department. The successful candidate will be a highly effective classroom practitioner tasked with shaping a curriculum that makes RS a vibrant, indispensable subject within a modern STEM environment. The aim is to ensure that students experience RS in a way that is engaging, intellectually challenging and directly contributes to developing their critical thinking. Ideally the candidate will have experience of teaching A-Level and will wish to continue to grow and develop their career at the Academy.
