After 77 years, our school mascot is officially getting a name and we want you to be a part of the process. This initiative began with guidance counselor Ms. Ryder, who engages her students by having a new voting theme every month. After realizing the Panther had never had an official name, Ms. Ryder set it as her monthly question. When Student Government and Dr. Weber caught a glimpse of Ms. Ryder’s voting board, they decided that naming the Panther would be a great idea and a fun new way to represent FHS! With the help of around 90 students and staff, the options have been officially narrowed down to 5 names:
Frankie
Paws
Paxton
Penny
Prowler
Now it’s your turn to help us! You can start voting now using this survey or the QR code that will be posted on the TV screens around the school. The last day to vote is Wednesday, December 20th. Help us by voting and becoming a part of FHS history!
