Franklin High School’s rendition of Mean Girls offered a mix of humor and heartfelt moments that kept the audience engaged in the show from start to finish. The cast captured the spirit of the beloved characters, bringing authenticity to the play with bright energy and clever staging.
The play flowed very well and the story had both a significant message about being yourself and to appreciate that, which can help tons of the students at the school who are struggling with issues similar to the ones expressed in the show.
Lead actors brought depth and comic appeal, creating emotion in the theater, especially in memorable group numbers and confrontations, while the supporting cast’s timing added plenty of laughs and smiles. The groups commitment made every scene lively and effective.
With the creativity present, the theater students showcased what educational theater is all about, which is teamwork, passion, and dedication, allowing people to see how much effort was put into this amazing project.
Come support Franklin very own theater company and watch upcoming shows!
