The Colt Connection
The Colt Connection
February 6, 2026
Kelly Mill Family,
We started off our week with another successful online learning day thanks to everyone’s flexibility and support during the winter weather! We are so proud of our COLTS for staying engaged, responsible, and ready to learn, no matter the setting.
This week, we celebrated and showed our appreciation for our incredible school counselors, Mr. Burbrink and Ms. Anderson. We are so grateful for the care, guidance, and support they provide to our students and staff each day. They play such an important role in helping our students feel safe, confident, and ready to learn.
There are lots of exciting things coming up next week!
Our World Kindness Day Food Drive is underway, and we are still collecting nonperishable food items. Thank you for helping us support families in our community.
Daughter Date Dance ticket sales will be ending soon, so be sure to purchase your tickets if you plan to attend. We are looking forward to a fun and memorable evening!
February’s Mindset of the Month is 100% Accountable. At Kelly Mill, this means our students take ownership of their learning, their choices, and their actions. We are proud of the way our COLTS step up, do their best, and take responsibility for their growth each day.
Be sure to take time to rest, recharge, and relax with those you love!
Love,
Mrs. Moity
