Kelly Mill Family,
We made it…the last day of school is over! What an incredible year it has been at Kelly Mill. From the very first day to all the unforgettable moments in between, this year has been filled with learning, growth, laughter, celebrations, challenges, teamwork, and so much CARE.
As we close out the school year, we want to thank our amazing students, staff, and families for making Kelly Mill such a special place. Our students have worked hard, grown in so many ways, and created memories that will last a lifetime.
To our 5th graders—we are so proud of you and can’t wait to see all the amazing things ahead for you. Once a Colt, always a Colt!
We hope your summer is filled with rest, fun, family time, adventure, and lots of sunshine. Thank you for your partnership, support, and love for our school community throughout the year.
Have the BEST summer, Colts—and remember…It’s always a great time to be a Colt who CARES!
Be sure to take time to rest, recharge, and relax with those you love!

SPARK! Birth–5 Early Learning Program — Now Enrolling!
Did you know that Forsyth County Schools has an Early Learning Program designed specifically for children ages Birth-5? SPARK! is designed to support young children and their families with building a strong foundation of early learning that will lead to future academic success.
What makes SPARK! special?
Weekly 90-minute sessions for children ages birth–5
Led by certified teachers who guide interactive, play-based learning
Builds early literacy, language, math, and social skills
Families attend sessions together with their child and learn strategies to continue at home
Transportation available based on family needs
Registration for the 2026–2027 school year is now open!
