Kelly Mill Family,
It may have been a three-day week, but somehow we packed in five days’ worth of learning, growing, and excitement! Our classrooms have been full of energy and great momentum. I’m always amazed by how much our students and staff accomplish together in a short time.
A few important reminders and celebrations:
Our yearbook deadline is March 13. This year has been filled with memories, milestones, and smiles, and the yearbook is such a special keepsake of this time at Kelly Mill. Be sure to order yours before the deadline!
We are looking forward to Daughter Date Night this weekend. These events are always so much fun. I can’t wait to see our families making memories together.
Please join me in cheering on our incredible Robotics Team as they compete in the state competition this weekend! Their dedication, teamwork, and perseverance have been inspiring, and we are so proud of the way they represent Kelly Mill.
Spring Parent Conferences are just around the corner, teachers will reach out directly to families if a conference is needed. Of course, you are always welcome to request a conference as well. Meetings may be held by phone, virtually, or in person. This time together is such an important opportunity to celebrate progress, reflect on growth, and partner for continued success.
And finally, our new podcast episode is live today! I hope you’ll take a few minutes to listen and stay connected to the great things happening in our school community.

Daughter Date Night is almost here! Still need tickets?? Purchase at the door for $42 per couple (party favors included with purchase at the door-- only while supplies last). Dress to impress and bring your date to Lanier Technical College on Saturday, February 21st from 6-9pm. 💃🕺 Desserts will be provide, so plan to enjoy a dinner date beforehand.

The Scholastic Spring Book Fair is coming to Kelly Mill Elementary!
Get ready for a week full of reading excitement! Our Fall Book Fair will be held Monday, March 2 through Friday, March 6, in the KME Multipurpose Room. Students love choosing their own books, and it inspires a lifelong love of reading. Plus, every purchase supports our school. Join us for family fun, food & prizes during KME’s Family Bingo Night on Friday, March 6th in the KME Cafe. Select from two sessions: Session 1 from 5-6pm (doors open at 4:30) and session 2 from 7-8pm (doors open at 6:30). Tickets are $10 for a 3 person bingo bundle or $25 for the 3 person bingo bundle + a large pizza & waters. Purchase additional bingo bundles for groups larger than 3. Get tickets below ⬇️
