The Franklin & Marshall women's basketball team (10-13, 5-13 CC) concludes the regular season with two home games against Centennial Conference (CC) foes. The Diplomats welcome Dickinson (16-7, 13-5 CC) on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. before hosting Washington College (13-10, 10-8 CC) on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
Pregame Festivities
The Diplomats will be hosting Team Impact Night before taking on Dickinson on Wednesday. Prior to tip-off, Franklin & Marshall athletics will honor its Team Impact Members: Dakota (Women's Basketball), Ryan (Men's Basketball), Alexa (Women's Soccer), Harmony (Field Hockey), Evan (Baseball), and Camden (Football).
Before F&M tips-off against the Shorewomen on Saturday, the Diplomats will honor their two seniors (Hope Schreiber and Jaclyn Feit) during a pregame Senior Day ceremony.
Last Week
F&M was defeated by No. 11 Johns Hopkins, 68-32, at the start of its three-game road trip. Franklin & Marshall came out of the gates cold on offense to fall behind early in the contest. The visitors showed resilience in the third quarter as F&M chipped away at the Blue Jay lead, shooting 35.7 percent from the field and going 4-for-5 from beyond the arc to score 17 points in the frame. Despite the terrific quarter, the deficit was too great to overcome. Schreiber led the Diplomats with eight points and two three-pointers in the game. The Diplomats responded with a thrilling, 55-53, overtime victory over Haverford Thursday evening. Down to the wire, Neville made a tough layup in traffic to tie the game at 47-all with seconds remaining in regulation to force overtime. From there, the sophomore took over - scoring all eight of F&M's points including the game-winning jumper before time expired. Feit led F&M with 19 points and nine rebounds, followed by Neville with 17 points, seven rebounds, and four steals. Ally Trebelev also ended the game with double-digit scoring figures with 11 points. Franklin & Marshall fell to Swarthmore, 61-39, Saturday afternoon to wrap up the week. F&M fell behind early but battled back in the second quarter - scoring 17 points on 54.6 percent shooting to cut the deficit to nine at halftime. Despite the Diplomats' great second-quarter effort, Swarthmore put up 18 points in the third and 13 points in the fourth to pull away in the contest. Trebelev ended the game with 10 points and four rebounds. Feit tallied eight points and four assists. Neville racked up seven points and seven rebounds in the contest. Last Time vs. Dickinson
In the 62-38 loss at Dickinson, Feit led the team with 14 points and seven rebounds. Steph Sexton tallied 10 points while shooting 4-for-6 from the field with two three-pointers. Last Time vs. Washington College
F&M dropped a close game on the road at Washington College, 43-42, during the teams first meeting in late November. The Diplomats scored eight-unanswered points in the fourth quarter to get within one, but couldn't connect the tying basket in the final minute. Neville led F&M with 12 points, while finishing one shy of her career-high in steals with six in the contest. Read the full recap here.

The Red Devils are currently on a three-game losing streaks with losses to Gettysburg, Johns Hopkins, and Washington College. Dickinson currently ranks as the third-best scoring offense in the CC, averaging 57.7 points per game. Clair Marion leads the Red Devils in points per game (18.1), field goal percentage (39 percent), and steals per game (3.4).
Washington College Team Preview
Before the Shorewomen take on F&M on Saturday, the Diplomats battle No. 11 Johns Hopkins on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. Serena Pluta leads the Washington College in scoring, averaging 12.1 points per game. Karry Kelliher closely follows, tallying 10.3 points per contest. Kaitlyn Boggs patrols the paint, nabbing 7.9 rebounds per game. Boggs also holds the team-high in shooting percentage at 47.6 percent from the field.
