Acceptable IDs for Class - click here to view the TWC AEL-Approved Work Authorization and Identity Documentation.  Students must present the program with acceptable documents from these lists as evidence of identity and employment authorization to be eligible for services.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Complete registration paperwork through ConnectAble & finalize it with an Adult Education representative

• Be administered TABE (Test Adult Basic Education) Baseline Assessment Test in-person at your testing appointment

• Attend an Pathways to HSE Orientation session (click on a class site to find dates)

• Attend 40 or more instructional hours & take a post-assessment 

• Miss no more than three absences in an 8-week session

• Be active and complete at least 2-4 hours per week in the distance learning curriculum
