Students need a graphing calculator that does NOT have the title "CAS" on it. TI nSpire or TI-84 models are preferred. Student needs to be practicing using this calculator all year. These are available on Amazon.

1. Check Google Maps in advance for your testing site. Know where you are going. Leave yourself plenty of time. Latecomers won't be allowed in.
2. Do not take anything into the building with you other than your calculator and a few #2 pencils. Don't bring mechanical pencils or any paper. That will be provided inside. Leave your cell phone in the car.
3. Eat a good breakfast the morning of.
4. Get plenty of rest the night before!
5. Send me a message when you're finished with your test!
Grades 3–5 Mathematics:
No Calculators, unless there is an IEP accommodation.
Grades 6–7 Mathematics:
Basic four-function calculators that include square root and percent keys but do not include +/- keys are allowed, (Calculators with memory keys, including M+ and M-, are acceptable).
Basic Calculator (NO +/- button)
Grade 8 Mathematics and Science:
Scientific calculators meeting general requirements are allowed. You should be using the TI-30XS MultiView that we have been using in class. If you don't have one, AT LEAST take a basic four function calculator.
