ILP

Once I (or the Epic office) gets the necessary paperwork, I will contact you to schedule the ILP (individualized Learning Plan) meeting. It is critical that this meeting be completed within the first 10 days of the student being placed on my roster.

At the ILP meeting, we will go over basic Epic information, complete the ILP form, and order any curriculum and/or technology the student may need. Your child will also need to complete the Multiple Intelligence survey. This can be done BEFORE the meeting if you have access to internet. (See link and instructions below.) I will also go over my expectations and answer any questions that you may have. Of course, you can contact me anytime before the meeting if you have questions.
