Enterprise LEADER is a business focused leadership development program for middle managers, front-line managers and key employees as well as new managers and individuals looking to make the first move into management.

1. Middle Managers

E.g. - Heads of Departments, Area/Regional Managers, Branch Managers, General Managers.

As a Middle Manager, you are expected to:

  • Deliver results and meet KPIs through others.

  • Execute senior management's strategy.

  • Think commercially, be customer focused and help grow the business.

  • Act as connection point between senior management and employees.

  • Monitor, mentor and encourage your direct reports.


2. Front-Line Managers

E.g. Team leader, Team Manager, Project Leader, Supervisor, Shift Manager.

As a Key Employee, you are expected to:

  • Have stong technical skills.

  • Be the senior 'go to' person in your team.

  • Be more experienced than your fellow colleagues.

  • Have strong communication skills.

  • Have strong soft people skills.

  • Have sharp business acumen, be commercial savvy and strong customer skills.

  • Provide support for middle and front line managers.
