After the camp is finished and all the camp materials are back where they belong, create a survey to send to campers and their parents. This will tell you how to improve the camp in following years, to ensure that it is a sustainable event.
Use your favorite survey method to send a post-camp survey. We suggest Google Forms. It is easy to use and easy to customize. Whatever method you use, here are some ideas for survey questions:

Did the camp's hours work well for you? If not, why?
Did the camp's dates work well for you? If not, why?

Do you have any comments, suggestions, complaints, or concerns?
