Draw up a flyer for your camp. Add your team logo or mascot, and important information about your camp. Find places in your local community to post the flyer. For example, your local school district may have a weekly email newsletter that would be glad to include a link to your flyer. Sending the flyer home with kids from the local elementary schools is also a great way to spread the word.

In the flyer, include either a link or attached sheet with the registration form. This form is just like a permission slip. We have the parents turn in the form and money to our high school’s athletic and activities office. Every couple days, a team member goes there to pick up the forms that have been turned in.
