The focus for Term 3 is around maintaining opportunities to move and BE ACTIVE. Fitness and movement sequences are a major part of the PE Curriculum and can easily be done at home. There is allocated time on a Tuesday and Friday Afternoon for you to complete your specialists lesson this term however you still have the flexibility to be creative and get moving in a way that suits you. Year level specific learning challenges are provided weekly on the PE google classroom however if they do not suit your learning set up, the most important thing to remember is to find any way to be active for 30-40 minutes a day.

And so much more!
The picture to the left is an example of the content provided by the PE google classroom each week and it includes 5-6 different activities to choose from.
Again please be flexible and creative at home. If you do PE differently to how it is suggested then that is fine.
Keep smiling and stay active!
